With a stunningly striking and rare two-tone Silver Burst finish, the Vintage 25th Anniversary Series limited edition V6HMSVB, celebrates a milestone in the company’s history and is in honor of their 25th anniversary of guitar craftsmanship.

Based on the very poplar Vintage® V6™, the gorgeous V6HMSVB, is built on a solid foundation of classic Vintage craftsmanship and aesthetics, time-tested Wilkinson hardware and hand-picked tonewoods.

Body:
US Alder has been chosen specifically for its immense sonic characteristics, resonance, tone, sensational note separation and clarity throughout its wide frequency range. This highly respected tonewood is also the perfect weight for the contoured body.

Vibrato:
Wilkinson 6 screw design WVC vibrato with variable tension ‘push-in’ delrin-bushed arm. Features include a ground baseplate providing authentic looks, a stagger drilled, cast block and six chrome plated high grade steel saddles. This classic Wilkinson vibrato system is renowned for enhancing authentic vintage tones, while assuring precise intonation, tuning and accurate return to pitch.

Pickups:
A matched pair of Wilkinson WOVaS Single Coil pickups in the neck and middle positions provide a wide range of traditional tonewood enhanced sonics, with single coil chime and clarity in abundance. A favourite with guitar players around the world, these extremely responsive pickups have power and punch that’s perfect for crunch, mild gain and full-on overdrive, with fat note solos rolling off beautifully.

In the bridge position a hum-cancelling Wilkinson WOHZBb Double Coil increases volume, harmonics and extra bite for soaring solos. Rock players adore this model with its push-pull coil-tap facilities, expertly voiced to also produce authentically accurate single coil tones.

Controls:

Neck and fingerboard:
A bolt-on one-piece, hard rock maple fingerboard is not only aesthetically stunning against the V6HMSVB’s 25th Anniversary Series Silver Burst finish, it’s also an ideal blend with the alder body, to enhance high end sparkle. The fast, C profile neck and super-smooth maple fingerboard with 22 polished frets, is straight off the ‘plays itself’ shelf.

Machine Heads:
Six-in-line Wilkinson WJ55 patented E-Z-Lok machine heads, offer quick and easy string changing, with an effective locking action for increased tuning stability, smooth vibrato action and correct playing tension.

Nut:
A precision cut, 43mm GraphTech NuBone nut ensures a smooth, friction free performance to reduce tuning issues and is the ideal solution, for players who bend strings or regularly incorporate the vibrato arm in their playing style.
